How to make povidone iodine powder
The antimicrobial effect of povidone-iodine occurs after the iodine is separated from the compound. Once in its free form, the iodine rapidly penetrates microbial cell membranes and interacts with proteins, nucleotides, and fatty acids in the cytoplasm and cytoplasmic membrane.
Medical uses of Betadine Powder Spray
It is used as an antiseptic for a limited period, on damaged skin, such as decubitus ulcers (bed sores), leg ulcers (leg ulcers), superficial wounds and burns, infected and severely infected skin diseases.
How to use Betadine Spray Powder

Recommended dosage:
Use 3 to 4 times daily, locally on the affected area.

It should not be used before radioiodine scintigraphy or radioiodine treatment for thyroid cancer.
